Our Story
We are a small family-owned and operated mechanical company, in operation since 2006. Justin started plumbing in the mid-nineties as an apprentice in Boston. He then moved to Oregon where he continued to gain experience in large commercial projects, including restaurants, hotels, and grocery chains. When he moved back to Vermont, he joined a commercial plumbing outfit to gain some local experience before venturing out on his own. His father-in-law, Bob has 40+ years experience in New England’s construction world. Together, they are the foundation of Merrill Mechanical.
Since opening our doors, we’ve been committed to providing service of the highest quality, paying particular attention to working efficiently while keeping the lines of communication with our clients clear and concise.

Join the Team
Merrill Mechanical is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Tech . Experience in heat pump, propane, and refrigerant. A gas or oil license is a plus. Someone who can work on their own with no supervision.
Compensation commensurate with experience. A vehicle is included with this position
After your 90 day trial period you are able to join for Medical, Dental, Simple IRA, Aflac, Receive PTO and holiday pay.
